The Persecution Continues
Former President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social today that he received a letter from Biden’s attack dog, Special Counsel Jack Smith, Sunday night. The letter informed Trump that he is a target of the January 6th grand jury investigation, suggesting that a third indictment is likely, if not imminent.
Trump condemned this latest “witch hunt,” adding that it was all about “election interference.” Trump also denounced the “total political weaponization of law enforcement.”
This indictment isn’t much of a surprise, and, if anything, seems only guaranteed to bolster Trump’s position in the GOP primary race. Trump’s poll numbers surged after Soros stooge Alvin Bragg indicted Trump at the end of March.
Standing With Israel
The latest outbreak of anti-Semitism on the left involved Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), who leads the House Progressive Caucus.
While speaking at a left-wing conference over the weekend, Jayapal said, “As somebody who’s been in the streets and participated in a lot of demonstrations, I want you to know that we have been fighting to make it clear that Israel is a racist state.”
After a major backlash, Jayapal issued the usual non-apology to “clarify” her remarks, which the left always gets away with. She said the “idea of Israel as a nation” wasn’t racist, and she was really referring to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his “extreme right-wing government.”
Well, Netanyahu and his government represent the will of the Israeli nation.
Speaking of Netanyahu, Israeli President Isaac Herzog, who is a left-wing leader, is addressing Congress tomorrow. But multiple so-called “progressives,” including Representatives Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib and others, are boycotting his appearance.
That speaks volumes. Even a left-wing Israeli leader is too much for these “progressives” to stomach. So, it really has nothing to do with Mr. Netanyahu and his government. It’s just raw, anti-Israel anti-Semitism.
Speaker Kevin McCarthy condemned Jayapal’s outburst against Israel and called on Democrats to deal with the growing anti-Semitism on the left. Later today, the House of Representatives will vote on a resolution that reaffirms support for Israel.
The timing of today’s vote is very fortuitous. Christians United For Israel is holding its annual Washington Summit right now! Today, thousands of pro-Israel activists went to Capitol Hill to meet with their senators and representatives, urging them to stand with Israel and to reject anti-Semitism.

CIA Censors
Journalist Glenn Greenwald is no conservative. He’s a staunch liberal, who cares deeply about civil liberties. He is also deeply concerned about Big Government working with Big Tech to censor the American people.
Greenwald recently reported that major tech companies, like Google and Facebook, have hired hundreds of former agents and officials from the CIA, FBI, NSA and other government intelligence and security agencies.
For example, at Google there are 27 former CIA agents, 52 former FBI agents, 30 former National Security Agency (NSA) officials, and 50 former officials from the Department of Homeland Security.
Facebook has hired 17 former CIA agents, 37 former FBI agents, 23 former NSA agents and 38 former officials from the Department of Homeland Security.
And if they’re all like this “intersectional, cisgender millennial,” then it’s no wonder why these Big Tech giants are so left-wing. One of the agents who leads Google’s “trust and safety team” mocked those skeptical of the COVID vaccines as “fascists” and “confederates.”
All this Deep State “infiltration” of Big Tech accelerated after the 2016 election, when Big Tech vowed it would take steps to prevent Trump’s reelection.
On its face, this is deeply disturbing and should raise serious questions. I would not be surprised if we discovered that some of these former CIA, former FBI and former NSA agents are in fact still working for their respective agencies; that they are not “former” anything, but Deep State plants.
We know the FBI groomed social media companies into believing that reports about Hunter Biden’s laptop were “Russian disinformation.” It lied to keep the truth from the American people!
I also recall certain members of Congress attempting to question FBI Director Christopher Wray about how the FBI got information from social media companies and whether FBI personnel were working at social media companies. His responses were vague, evasive and totally unconvincing.
The CIA is not supposed to be involved in anything that approaches domestic politics. But the Deep State’s meddling in domestic politics is hardly unprecedented.
Forty years ago, the Church Committee exposed a clandestine CIA project called “Operation Mockingbird,” where the CIA was manipulating the American media. It was a huge scandal.
What Glenn Greenwald has exposed appears to be everything that happened then, only now it’s on steroids given the power of Big Tech oligarchs over social media.
What is happening here is clear. It’s unacceptable. And it’s a threat to our democratic process.
Greenwald concluded his report by warning that a “closed information system is a hallmark of totalitarianism.” That’s exactly what the American media today, under the control of intolerant leftists and under the influence of Deep State activists, has become.
The Real Cause
As you know, several Republican candidates recently sat down for interviews with Tucker Carlson at the Iowa Family Leader Summit. When asked about the events of January 6th, Vivek Ramaswamy offered an explanation that really resonated with many Americans. Here’s what he said:
“I haven’t talked about [January 6] much on the campaign. I’m going to be very honest with you. . . You want to know what caused January 6? Pervasive censorship in this country in the lead-up to January 6.
“You tell people in this country they cannot speak, that is when they scream. You tell people in this country they cannot scream, that is when they tear things down.
“The reality is we were told you could not question where the virus came from when we all know it came from a lab in Wuhan, which now they admit.
“We were told you could not send a private message to someone on the eve of an election that Hunter Biden’s laptop story was actually a true story. . . You were systematically suppressed.
“Think about this, you’re told you have to be locked down, had to take a vaccine that was mandated and forced down your throat, stay locked down in your home while Antifa and BLM roam and burn the streets of this country.
“That is the leadup of one full year in this country telling people to shut up, sit down, and do what you’re told. And then you tell them, ‘Okay, there’s an election where you didn’t get the information you needed, such as the Hunter Biden laptop story being real and suppressed,’ that’s what caused January 6. A cycle of censorship in this country.
“Until we look ourselves in the mirror and admit the truth on that, we won’t move forward as a country. And I think that is the real cause.”
