Obama Lowers The Bar

After Obamacare's disastrous October 1st launch, we were told the website needed more work and would be fully functional by the end of the month. But administration officials, including the president, are lowering the bar.

Stand With Israel

As we have reported in recent days, the Obama Administration is desperately trying to cut a deal with Iran. Even the French have called Obama's effort a "suckers deal."

The Obama White House has already weakened the existing sanctions against the Iranian regime. Now it is actively opposing a bill calling for tougher sanctions, even though the bill has bi-partisan support in Congress.

New Ad Hits Obama's Credibility

Obama continued to push a deal with Iran during his press conference today. Bill Kristol's Emergency Committee for Israel (I serve on the board) is pushing back with a one-minute ad that will run onCNN, MSNBC and Fox News. If we can't believe Obama on healthcare, can we believe him on Iran? Watch the ad here.

Obama's Trust Deficit

BREAKING NEWS: The Obama Administration announced moments ago that 106,000 people have signed up for Obamacare. This figure is well below official predictions of 500,000 and also counts people who have not yet paid for their plan, meaning they could still back out.

Iranian Deal Near: Obama Caves

Obama, desperate to change the subject away from why you can't keep your insurance, is close to announcing a "peace" deal that will guarantee Iran will get to keep its nuclear weapons. The media will praise it, but make no mistake -- it is a disaster for us, for Israel and our other allies.

The Emperor Has No Clothes

Things are changing! Five year ago, when Obama took office, any criticism of him brought screams of racism. Three years ago, the most benign criticism was treated as beyond the bounds of civil discourse. A year ago the Romney campaign, not wanting to personally criticize the president, tiptoed around on eggshells. (George W. Bush must have been wondering where these rules were when he was in office.)

Heartbreak In Virginia

Heading into yesterday's gubernatorial election in Virginia, the media were promising a blowout. Virtually all the polls predicted a liberal landslide. Three October polls found Democrat Terry McAuliffe leading by double digits. One even had McAuliffe up by 17 points.

Obama Lies Again

We are doing something today that is rare for us. We are following Obama's orders. During a speech before a joint session of Congress on health care reform in 2009, Obama said: "If you misrepresent what's in this plan, we will call you out."

Well, Obama has grossly misrepresented what is in Obamacare, and we are calling him out.

Obama At The Polling “Abyss”

A new Gallup poll over the weekend is sending fear through the White House. Obama's approval rating has dropped to 40%, down three more points in the last week. Fifty-three percent of respondents now say they disapprove of his performance. When George W. Bush hit 40%, the media said that politically he was “toast.” The standards are different for Obama, of course, but if he drops into the 30’s the Democrat establishment will be in full out panic mode.

The Brave Six

Obamacare's defenders, from the president down, initially attempted to defend the Healthcare.gov's terrible performance by claiming it was overwhelmed by customer demand. So people began asking the obvious question: How many Americans signed up for Obamacare?
