The War On Normalcy

Yesterday was Transgender Visibility Day. If you missed it, thank President Trump! It got a lot of visibility last year because Joe Biden issued a proclamation on Good Friday recognizing Transgender Visibility Day on Easter Sunday.

If that insult to Christians wasn’t bad enough, Biden’s Easter message was significantly shorter than his proclamation for Transgender Visibility Day. He had a lot to say about that but only offered a perfunctory reference to the resurrection.

It was clear that the real observance at the Biden/Harris White House was Transgender Visibility Day, and anyone who suggested otherwise was probably fired on the spot. By the way, Joe Biden was the first president ever to recognize Transgender Visibility Day.

The fact that so many people are willing to deny biological reality and believe the lie that men can get pregnant is deeply disturbing. But it is impossible to get today’s Democrat Party without this insanity.

Whenever a state legislature tries to protect our children by getting this nonsense out of our schools, the votes are always party line. Every time. Every so-called “progressive” in every legislature in every state of the union will fall on their sword for transgender insanity and abortion on demand.

They don’t want Christians and pastors to have any say in how the nation is governed. If they try to get involved, leftist politicians denounce them as “Christian nationalists” who are a “threat to democracy.”

All this nonsense comes with today’s Democrat Party, deeply controlled by the secular globalist left. It is ingrained in them.

Progressives have flipped to become “the war party” after years of being “the peace party.” That’s a shocking transformation.

But you will never be shocked by the progressive left changing its position on abortion and transgender ideology because their ultimate agenda is to rip America out of the rich soil of Judeo-Christian Civilization.

DOGE Does It Again

God bless Elon Musk and the DOGE team! They are uncovering shocking examples of waste, fraud, and abuse virtually every day. Here’s the latest example.

Antonio Gracias is one of the DOGE team members who has known Elon Musk the longest. Gracias is the founder of a private equity firm and has decades of experience in the finance industry. He was one of the first major investors in Tesla. The point being that Gracias is an incredibly intelligent individual who understands money and investments.

Musk asked Gracias to take a hard look at the Social Security Administration. He was stunned by what he found. Over the weekend, Gracias said, “If I hadn’t seen this myself, I’m not sure I’d have believed it.”

He discovered that 20 million people with active Social Security numbers aren’t so active. In fact, they’re dead.

He also discovered that the Biden administration was handing out Social Security numbers to non-citizens like candy.

• In 2021, 270,000 non-citizens were issued Social Security numbers.
• In 2022, 590,000 non-citizens were issued Social Security numbers.
• In 2023, 964,000 non-citizens were issued Social Security numbers.
• In 2024, 2.1 million non-citizens were given Social Security numbers.

There are sometimes legitimate reasons for non-citizens to be given Social Security numbers. But nearly 8 times as many? That’s certainly not normal and most likely not legitimate.

At least 1.3 million of these non-citizens were also enrolled in Medicaid. Gracias said that “all the benefit programs” were “set to max inclusion, max pay for these people, and minimum collection.”

That’s a huge financial magnet for more illegal immigration. But it gets even worse.

The New Electorate

Last year, the Biden administration ordered all federal agencies to promote voter registration, including more than 1,000 Social Security Administration offices around the country. As a result, many non-citizens were registered to vote and did vote. Gracias said DOGE has referred those individuals to Homeland Security for prosecution.

I believe this is central to what the Biden/Harris regime was all about. They were committed to making sure the left never lost another election. But the American people, including some of the left’s faithful constituents, were fed up with their radical agenda. The solution was to get a new electorate as quickly as possible.

That’s what open borders is all about. Bringing in people who are here only because liberals allowed them to be here and giving them everything they want to make them a loyal voting bloc. Why else would they fight every election integrity effort? Or want illegal aliens to vote?

For this scheme to work, they needed to bring in massive numbers of new people. And they did. They brought them by the millions year after year after year. For four long years, America suffered record illegal immigration under the Biden/Harris regime.

Now, look how hard it is for the Trump administration to deport even a few thousand illegal aliens. Why was it almost impossible to find a judge in America who was angry and demanded to know why the Biden administration was not properly vetting millions of people coming into our country? Why wouldn’t the Supreme Court take that on?

But now that Trump is trying to get a few thousand illegal aliens out of the country, everyone is suddenly obsessed with “process.” Every illegal alien seems to have lawyers eager to help them stay in the country, and they all “deserve” a hearing, even though many already had their hearings.

When Biden occupied the Oval Office, the courts demanded no evidence that all these illegal aliens were good people. But now, Donald Trump has to prove that every single one he’s trying to deport is a really bad person, regardless of their immigration status.

And the political establishment wonders why the American people are so angry at what has been done to them, our communities, and our country. I can’t tell you how many times Republican senators have said to me, “I agree with you, Gary. But why are so many people so angry?”

They just don’t get it.

Crisis At Columbia

Another president of Columbia University has decided that the best thing for her was to get out of town. Interim President Katrina Armstrong resigned late last week after her duplicity was exposed.

Armstrong was negotiating with the Trump administration to save $400 million in grants that were at risk of being canceled unless she purged Columbia’s campus of violent antisemitism. She promised to do everything President Trump wanted, including a ban on face masks during campus protests. Then she promptly told left-wing professors that she had no intention of complying with any of it.

When Armstrong tried to “clarify” her resistance to Trump, saying it was untrue that she wouldn’t implement new policies against antisemitism, transcripts of her remarks to the contrary that she made to radical professors were made public, triggering her resignation.

Claire Shipman, a former CNN reporter and co-chair of Columbia’s board of trustees, was named Columbia’s new interim president. But Rep. Elise Stefanik says she won’t last long either because Shipman has a terrible record, too.

No one should be surprised by any of this because the left believes in moral relativism. You hear them say all the time, “My truth is. . .” That tells you they are going to lie. There’s no such thing as “my truth” and “your truth.” There is only The Truth.

But leftists see no problem with lying if it “bends the arch of history” in their direction, which is globalist Marxist secularism.

Here’s something really disturbing.

More Columbia students and professors are willing to fall on their sword for a Hamas-sympathizing antisemite here on a work permit because of our largesse than they are for Jewish students just trying to get an education.

There is a real crisis at Columbia and at virtually every other Ivy League institution of higher learning. That’s why the Trump administration just announced that federal funds to Harvard and Princeton are under review.
