Hamas Mars Veterans Day
This past Saturday was Veterans Day – a time when we honor the sacrifice and service of our military veterans. Sadly, a mob of Hamas supporters marched yet again through the streets of New York City, marring what should have a time of respect and reflection for many Americans.
The Islamofascist heirs of Adolf Hitler marched through the streets of Manhattan, chanting slogans that would have made any German Nazi in the 1930s proud. Calls for a second Holocaust filled the air, as did chants of “Allahu Akbar!”
The pro-Hamas marchers carried many flags, but not the Stars and Stripes. They carried flags of terrorist organizations and of radical Islam. They tore down the American flag and put up Palestinian flags. They also burned American and Israeli flags.
Jewish residents of New York City were advised to shelter in place over the weekend for their own safety. In 2023. In New York City!
Meanwhile, across the pond, Remembrance Day was observed in England. Hundreds of thousands of pro-Hamas Muslims marched in London displaying the same ugly conduct as their brethren in New York.
British veterans were told not to wear their medals or any evidence of their military service because they were at risk of being attacked. Britain’s war memorials had to be surrounded by police to protect them from vandalism.
Everyone but the willfully blind can now see that western nations have a fifth column of people who hate Judeo-Christian civilization and intend to bring us down. Now more than ever, we need strong no-nonsense leaders on both sides of the Atlantic, instead of the fools who govern us today.
Fighting Our War
The war going on in Israel today is not just war between Israel and Hamas. It is a war between Judeo-Christian civilization and radical Islamic barbarism. Israel is on the frontline of that war, and all of Western Civilization, especially the United States, stands in the crosshairs.
But don’t take my word for it. During a recent address, Iran’s supreme leader declared, “When you chant 'Death to America!' it is not just a slogan – it is a policy.” The barbarians who slaughtered innocent Israelis on October 7th, slaughtered innocent Americans too. They mean to destroy Israel and they mean to destroy America, too.
In Israel yesterday, Yechiel Leiter buried his son, Major Moshe Leiter, who died while fighting in a Hamas tunnel last week. In his eulogy to his son, Yechiel Leiter spoke directly to President Biden, saying:
“What I want to say to you here and now, about our dear Moshe, is that he was fighting your fight, Mr. President. He was fighting our fight. He gave his life so the barbarians wouldn’t get through the gates of democracy, and of Judeo-Christian, western values.
“He was fighting for human freedom, and against all the lies and distortions of the freedom deniers, who fool so many Americans with their double-talk. He was fighting against Hamas-ISIS.
“There are rumors, now, that you’re putting pressure on Israel to hold off, to cease the offensive. If those rumors are true. . . I respectfully ask of you, here, on my son’s grave, cease and desist! Stand back, Mr. President. Don’t pressure us. Let us do what we know how to do, what we must do: defeat evil.”
March For Israel

About That Pipeline
Do you remember the initial shocking reports in September of 2022 that two major pipelines supplying critical natural gas to Europe were blown up?
Immediately, we were bombarded by what can only be described as “propaganda,” launched by the U.S. government, the media establishment and, frankly, a lot of good people in Congress who believe in a strong national defense.
“It was obviously Russia,” they insisted. “Putin did this so Europe would freeze during the winter. It’s energy blackmail,” they claimed.
Well, my “BS antenna” went up immediately. Why would Russia blow up its own pipelines, when they could just turn them off? It made absolutely no sense for Putin to destroy a primary source of income, especially since he has simply shut off the spigot before. (Here and here.)
But if you were one of the few voices who said, “Russia blowing up its own pipeline is insane,” you were denounced as a “Putin apologist” and a “Russian stooge,” and accused of undermining the free people of Ukraine.
Now, more than two years later, we find out that Ukraine, in fact, did it.
A major report by the Washington Post and the German media outlet Der Spiegel broke over the weekend. It details how Roman Chervinsky, a colonel in Ukraine’s special forces, led a six-person team to destroy the Nord Stream pipelines.
So, the government in Kiev that we’re all in with was willing to let Europeans die from exposure to the cold in order to push them into a conflict with Russia.
I bring this up because we have to be discerning, particularly when the war drums are being beaten so hard.
The rush to Ukraine’s side has already cost us more than $100 billion. And there are plenty of reasons to believe that this story isn’t the only lie that was pushed on us and Western Europe.
Scott Suspends Campaign
South Carolina Senator Tim Scott ended his presidential campaign yesterday. During an interview with former Congressman Trey Gowdy, Scott said, “I think the voters . . . have been really clear that they’re telling me, ‘Not now.’”
Sen. Scott is a good man. He is an articulate defender of pro-family, pro-life values. But his analysis is correct – he never caught on with the conservative base, which is looking for someone who will aggressively fight the radical left.
Scott peaked at around 5% in the national polls and maxed out at 14% in South Carolina polls, where the voters know him best, behind former Governor Nikki Haley, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former President Donald Trump.
While yesterday’s news seemingly caught the Washington political establishment off guard, it was not entirely unexpected. The primary superPAC backing Scott’s presidential campaign canceled its TV advertising a month ago, bluntly telling donors:
“We aren’t going to waste our money when the electorate isn’t focused or ready for a Trump alternative. We have done the research. We have studied the focus groups. . . This electorate is locked up and money spent on mass media isn’t going to change minds.”
